01Do you work only in Sofia?
Our main area is Sofia and its surroundings. Where the scope and schedule are suitable, we also deliver projects elsewhere in Bulgaria.
02Do you carry out structural and finishing works?
Yes. We cover the full construction scope, from earthworks and structural works to building services, finishes and turnkey handover. We can also deliver an individual, clearly defined stage.
03Do you offer interior design without construction?
Yes. We can develop a concept, visualisations and working drawings for delivery by a team of your choice. If required, we can also carry out the work with design supervision.
04What do you need to prepare an accurate quotation?
Plans or sketches, a short description of the required scope, location, indicative timeframe and budget. After a technical site survey, we can prepare a detailed priced bill of quantities.
05How long does a turnkey apartment fit-out take?
The usual timeframe is between 6 and 12 weeks, depending on area, initial condition, complexity and site access. The specific schedule is established after a site survey and approval of the scope.
06Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Finishing works are handed over with a written 24-month warranty. Individual systems and materials are covered by any longer contractual or manufacturer warranties.
07Can I commission only PM/CM or supervision?
Yes. Our services are modular. You can appoint us for project management, construction or design oversight, or the entire process.
08Do you work with companies and issue invoices?
Yes. We work with private and business clients, issue VAT invoices and provide contracts, reporting and handover documentation.
