What turnkey renovation can include
01. Assessment and brief
We review the condition, dimensions and intended layout. Rooms, activities and finish level are defined before the budget and programme are organised.
02. Preparation and building services
Required strip-out and preparatory work are determined after inspection. Plumbing and electrical work are coordinated with kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and equipment before surfaces are finished.
03. Walls, floors and bathrooms
Drywall, substrate preparation, wall finishing, painting, flooring and tiling follow the design. Material junctions, levels and interfaces with final installations require careful coordination.
04. Installations and acceptance
Lighting, sanitary fittings and other agreed items are installed. Completed rooms are checked against the quote, with any corrections and handover documents recorded.
What does turnkey mean for your apartment?
It means an agreed finish level. Kitchens, bespoke furniture, appliances and individual design features are included only when specified. A room-by-room brief and itemised scope help align expectations.
If you need a new layout, working drawings and material selection, renovation can be combined with interior design and delivery.
Individual room renovation in Sofia
You do not need to renovate the whole apartment at once. Azur Homes also undertakes kitchen, living room or bedroom renovations with an agreed scope. We plan connections to adjacent rooms, protection of retained elements and the sequence of work.
Kitchen renovation
Wall and floor preparation, finishes, lighting and agreed plumbing and electrical changes. Socket, water and drainage positions are coordinated with the kitchen design and appliance dimensions. Furniture and equipment are listed separately in the quote.
Living room renovation
Wall preparation, painting, ceilings, flooring and lighting to suit the brief. For open-plan kitchens and living rooms, we agree floor transitions and service positions. Existing furniture and surfaces to be retained are included in the protection plan.
Bedroom renovation
Updating walls, ceiling and floor, with lighting and socket changes coordinated with the furniture layout. Bed and wardrobe positions are agreed before execution. If the room remains in use, we discuss the practical arrangements and stages in advance.
Bathroom renovation

For a partial renovation, send photos, dimensions and a list of elements you want to keep. This helps distinguish a decorative refresh from more extensive changes to substrates and installations.
How is a complete renovation priced?
The existing condition, strip-out, building services, number of wet rooms, materials and detail complexity all affect the price. Two apartments of the same size may require very different amounts of work.
A useful comparison of quotes considers quantities, material specifications, labour, deliveries and exclusions. Changes to the brief should have their budget and programme implications agreed before the relevant work begins.

How long does a complete renovation take?
It depends on condition, scope, necessary construction pauses and deliveries. A programme follows the definition of work and key materials. One fixed duration would not reliably describe every apartment.
Can you work from an existing interior design?
Yes. Send the drawings and specifications so we can review the scope, details and interfaces with building services. Outstanding decisions are clarified before their relevant stage begins.
Is furniture included?
Only when explicitly specified in the agreed scope. Renovation and furniture supply are separate items that can be coordinated within one programme.
What access information should I provide?
Tell us the floor level, lift availability, delivery restrictions and building rules. These details affect site logistics and organisation.
